Festivities will include Banquet Dinner, Auction and Casino Night

This year the Christmas Banquet will be held at the Embassy Suites Hotel Denver-South on December 1, 2018 Located at 7525 E. Hampden Ave, Denver, CO. 80231

Cocktails at 5:00 pm with Dinner at 5:45 pm Banquet and Auction from 6:20 pm until 8:30 pm and Casino Night from 8:30 pm until 11:45 pm

We will be having a Silent & Live Auction and an Awards presentation following dinner and 3 hours of Casino Night following the Dinner Banquet and Auction

The price for Dinner Tickets is $70.00 each or 2 for $135.00

Includes Dinner, Coffee and Tea. A cash bar will be available

The price for Casino Night Tickets is $35.00 each or 2 for $60.00

Casino ticket includes $1000.00 of Playing Chips and a complimentary bar beverage (additional Playing Chips will be available for a fee, $500.00 in Chips for $20.00 or $1000.00 in Chips for $35.00). A cash bar will be available

Rooms will be available for a rate of $99.00 per night. Included with Hotel stay is the “Manager’s Reception” from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm., which included Well, Wine & Draft Beer at no charge! As well as a free “Cook to Order Breakfast” from 6:30 am to 10:00 am. Please R.S.V.P. for rooms with Reservations Dept. online or by phone (please see the Hotel Reservation Sheet enclosed in this packet) by 11/28/18 for the discounted room rate (as long ae inventory rooms are available). The T.R.P.C. Board wants you to participate in all of the festivities although we strongly encourage you to either rent a room or have a designated driver if you are planning to consume any alcoholic beverages.

Towing & Recovery Professionals of Colorado is the state association here to help towers find information on our industry, handle state level legislation, meetings with other towers to find out what is happening in their part of the state. We also have a Widows and Orphans Relief Fund that helps families in the case of a serious accident or death.
